The Rascal Does Not Dream series enters the University Arc with new characters!

Uzuki Hirokawa
VA: Sora Amamiya


The leader of the idol group "Sweet Bullet," affectionately known by fans as "Zukki". She is steadily expanding her scope of talent activities, including TV appearances and modeling. She has a laid-back and naive personality but often surprises those around her with her unpredictable behavior. After graduating from an online high school, she went on to the same university and department as Sakuta, and is enjoying a fun campus life.


Ikumi Akagi
VA: Aya Yamane


A first-year student in the nursing department at the same university as Sakuta. She was Sakuta's classmate in middle school, and they met again at the university entrance ceremony. She is a diligent and honest honor student, and started a volunteer group at the university to provide academic support to children who are not attending school. She seems to still be worried about Sakuta after he was isolated for speaking out about the existence of Puberty Syndrome in middle school...


Miori Mito
VA: Manaka Iwami


A first-year student in the International Business Department at the same university as Sakuta. She meets Sakuta at a social gathering after the introductory seminar and is taking the same classes as him. She calls herself a "potential friend," and like Sakuta, she is a fearless oddball who doesn't own a smartphone.


Sara Himeji
VA: Konomi Kohara


A first-year student at Minegahara High School, and an honor student who attends the cram school where Sakuta works part-time as a teacher. After Sara's previous cram school teacher runs into some trouble and decides to leave the school, she takes an interest in Sakuta who is teaching a different student. She is friendly and effortlessly befriends people, and is childhood friends with Toranosuke Kasai, who is Rio's student at the same cram school.

He enrolls at a university in Kanazawa-hakkei alongside his girlfriend Mai Sakurajima, a nationally famed actress. Off campus, he stumbles upon an out-of-season miniskirt Santa.

"I'm surprised. So, you can see me."

This is a phrase he's heard somewhere before. This miniskirt Santa, who claims to be gifting Puberty Syndrome to people, tells Sakuta...
"My name... is Toko Kirishima."

Precognitive dreams, an anonymous online singer, poltergeists buzzing on social media... A mysterious tale with enigmatic phenomenons surrounding girls with wavering hearts starts again.

Sakuta Azusagawa

A first-year statistical science student at a university in Yokohama. He's an odd-ball who doesn't own a smartphone in this day and age.

After meeting a wild bunny girl at his local library during the golden week holiday, he has met various girls experiencing Puberty Syndrome.

He met Mai Sakurajima, a nationally famed actress and upperclassman from his high school, through her Puberty Syndrome and is now in a romantic relationship with her. Many people in the school know of his name because he and Mai are attending the same university.

Mai Sakurajima
VA : Asami Seto

A nationally famed actress who has completely re-established her career. During her second year of high school she missed her chance to assimilate to her school due to a packed work schedule, which led to her being treated like air by the other students. This triggered her Puberty Syndrome where people become unable to perceive her existence.

With Sakuta's help, she successfully overcomes her Puberty Syndrome and resumes her acting career. She took a break for a year after enrolling in university, and is now a first-year student alongside her boyfriend Sakuta. Despite her work schedule becoming increasingly busy, she treasures the time she spends with Sakuta.


Miniskirt Santa
VA : Reina Ueda

A mysterious Miniskirt Santa who suddenly appears before Sakuta. She introduces herself as "Toko Kirishima," a popular anonymous online singer. No one aside from Sakuta is able to perceive her, and she doesn't even appear on video. She claims to be going around and gifting Puberty Syndrome to people...
